Certain devices can store your user-generated data (your saved files). Repairs to these devices could result in you losing your data. You should back up your data before having your device repaired. You must ensure that your device is packaged securely and sufficiently so as to avoid being damaged during shipping. All shipping must be organised and paid for directly to your preferred shipping provider. InBody Body Composition Analysers Pty Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage of items during shipping. All invoices for repairs/services must be paid in full before goods are released from the InBody Service Centre. Upon completion of the job the devices must be collected from our service centre within 30 days otherwise storage fees will apply. Storage will be charged at $50.00 plus gst per week. InBody Body Composition Analysers will retain any faulty parts. The faulty parts will either be properly disposed of as per regulation requirements or returned to the original manufacturer for research and development only.
